Packing & shipment

1. Packing

Our standard package for the mosaic ball is one piece packed by bubble bag, put in one plain brown inner box, then in export carton, we can also make customized package based on customer's requirements.

Shipment:

Normally the production lead time is round 30 days.

We can suggest our customer our shipment suggestion based on our experience and the order situation. The customer can also require any shipping method which is most suitable for them

Production process:

The main production process for the mosaic ball is as below:

1.Make the poly-foam ball inside. Spray color on one whole piece of glass

2.Fix the color in oven

3.Prepare the mosaic glass into the needed shape and stick onto the white poly-foam ball by hand

4.Middle QC inspection, pick out the unqualified products to repair or remake

5.Cement plastering and Cement Cleaning

6.Final QC for finished products

7.Packaging, the unqualified products to repair or remake until they meet the quality standard and finish packaging.
