We can make package based on customer's requirements.

Shipment:

The production lead time is round 30 days.

We can ship the goods by carrier, train, vessel or by air; you can choose any shipping method which is suitable for you.

Production process:

The normal production process for the mosaic products is as below:

1.Spray color on one whole piece of glass

2.Fix the color in oven

3.cutting the mosaic glass into needed shape, stick onto the glass matrix by hand

4.QC inspection, pick out the unqualified products to repair or remake

5.Cement plastering,then let the cement dry thoroughly

6.Cement Cleaning

7.QC for finished products

8.the qualified goods packaging, the unqualified products to repair or remake until they meet the quality standard and finish packaging.

MOQ is based on different products. Normally:Mosaic Items will be 300PCS; Glass Items will be 1000PCS

It will be T/T 30% Deposit,70% Balance before shipment/ Alibaba Assurance/ LC

4.How about your Delivery Time?

Our Delivery Time is based on final quantity and designs.General it will be round 30 days.

5.Can you custom our own designs?

We have professional designers in our factory,we develop new design every season, can also make designs or patterns based on customer's requirement

6.How about the Sample policy?

Our sample charge is based on the sample quantity and designs.If we have available products,the sample will be free, otherwise, it needs around 2 weeks to prepare the samples and the sample fee will be charged; Freight for sample will be undertook by clients

7.Do you inspect your cargoes before delivering to clients?

We have our own professional QC team,they make 100% inspection for each order.
